• 纽约有的银行做美国50州的贷款。也对外国人提供贷款，但是通常是5-7年，要求最少50%的首期款，而且利息较高。

• 从2008年开始，美国大多数的银行都停止对外国人提供贷款服务。
  如果您不能提供在美国的收入证明，或者在美国的报税记录，在美国购买房产时，您需要全额付款。您的购房款可以从中国大陆、香港、台湾电汇到美国。

  Most of the banks in the U. S. are NOT offering foreigner's loan programs anymore since 2008.
  All cash for purchases if you have no US income or file a tax return in US.  In this case you can’t apply for a loan and will have to pay all cash. Wires from China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, etc are all fine.
